Postage rates will be added on selection when completing your shopping cart order.
Rates and Delivery times are as follows. Rates include packing and handling.
New Zealand
- Standard Post - 3 working days (NZ$3.50 postage)
- Courier Post to City, Town or PO Box - next working day (NZ$7.50 postage)
- Courier Post to Rural Delivery - 2 working days (NZ$9.50 postage)
Australia - 7 working days (orders up to A$50 = A$5 postage, Orders over A$50 = A$10 postage)
USA - 10 working days (orders up to US$40 = US$5 postage, Orders over US$40 = US$10 postage)
Europe - 10 working days (orders up to Euro35 = Euro5.2 postage, Orders over Euro35 = Euro10.4 postage)
UK - 10 working days (orders up to PNDS30 = PNDS3.8 postage, Orders over PNDS30 = PNDS7.6 postage)
If for any reason we cannot dispatch an item within the specified time we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you require urgent delivery please contact us and we will organise courier post delivery.
Credit Cards
Payments by credit card are processed on day of order. Credit Card payments are accepted through Visa and Mastercard worldwide. Minimum credit card order is NZ$20.00.
Internet Banking
When paying online via Internet Banking please ensure you put a payment through for the amount stated in the ORDER TOTAL box after you have selected a shipping method. If you have selected Internet Banking we will watch for your payment to come through before shipping. Please state your name and postal town as a reference. Our bank account details are:

Cheques
New Zealand orders are welcome to send cheques (made out to Wildflower World) with a printed order form to the postal address below (or fax your order form to 07 576 0447). Goods will not be sent until the cheque is received and cleared.
All prices displayed online are inclusive of the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T) of 12.5%
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can send our seed all around the world. Please contact us of you have a specific request.
Postage will be via airmail unless otherwise specified.
If ordering from a country that is not specified please contact us and we will quote on postage costs.
We will only accept Credit Card transactions for International Orders.
Please note that all prices on this website are initially displayed in New Zealand Dollars until changed to your preferred currency on the "View Shopping Cart" page.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
Wildflower World offers our customers the highest quality seeds available in accordance with New Zealand's Biosecurity Regulations covering importation of seed. We warrant to the extent of the purchase price that the seed sold are as described on the packet, within recognized tolerances. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied.
It is really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit. We only ask that you return the product unused and/or in original condition.
Delivery charges on returns are not refundable, however all exchanged products due to product fault are sent freight free.
USING THE SHOPPING CART
Browse through our online product pages and when you see something you might like simply click on the red "Buy" button that represents that product. A message box will pop-up to confirm adding this product to your shopping cart. Clicking 'OK' will add this item to your virtual Shopping Cart and you will be free to continue shopping, adding more items to your Shopping Cart as you go. All products will be added at the default of 1 item - if the product has an amount box adjacent to the 'buy' button type the amount you wish to purchase in this box and press 'buy'.
At any time, by clicking on the 'View Shopping Cart' button in the menu on the left of your screen, you will be able to view what items have added to your shopping basket. This also gives you the opportunity to change the currency, remove unwanted items instantly, or increase item quantities by typing in your desired quantity and pressing the "Update Cart" button to update the total price.
Please note: You must have cookies enabled on your computer system for the shopping cart to function. If you have trouble with the cart, please fax your order using our fax form. Our shopping cart does not funtion correctly if you are using a Mackintoch computer. Please contact us if you have problems.
PURCHASING GOODS
Once you have selected your items, click on the "Buy Online" button to be transported to our SSL Secure Server ordering page, or click "Fax Order" to fax your selected order to us.
You will see at the top of your page the prices for the item(s) you have selected. Select your postage option and the postage will be automatically added. Then continue filling in the form as usual, or print and fax.
